Overall, everything was nice with excellent breakfast selection.

The elevator was out of order during my stay, which meant I had to haul my luggage up two long flights of stairs. I also found the breakfast to be quite limited, lacking any eggs or meat, which was disappointing for a place that promotes dining. Additionally, the location can be confusing since I initially went to the wrong Mareta Beach hotel due to poor signage.

great stay with a couple of concerns

Staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was immaculate, providing a relaxing space after long days. I especially loved having a terrace with a lovely sea view that made mornings delightful.

However, the breakfast options were a bit repetitive over my four-night stay.

breakfast was hosted in a depressing basement room with no windows, can you believe it? also, the bathroom cleanliness was absolutely subpar. to top it off, i expected a room upgrade, but was treated like just another regular guest. almost left a good review, but just couldn't after this disappointment.

The room had a terrace with an ocean view, making mornings pretty special. The garden and Jacuzzi at the back offered a nice, quiet retreat after a long day.

You’ll need to lug your towels to the pool since they don't provide pool towels, and it’s a hassle when you need to ask for basic toiletries. Breakfast can be a bit repetitive if hot meals are your thing, as it’s primarily continental, and the lack of any informational booklet about hotel amenities was inconvenient.

Had a great time here the location is perfect for hitting the beach with a fine sea view from our room. The breakfast selection was surprisingly good I mean they had these Portuguese tarts that were just good every morning.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got it was acceptable.

I had a relaxing stay with a wonderful infinity pool and enjoyed delicious pizza from a nearby café. however, breakfast could use some improvement in variety.

The infinity pool was awesome and the beach was just a short walk away. We loved the nearby surf shops and took some time for windsurfing. Breakfast had great options that we appreciated, and we even enjoyed cocktails by the poolside bar. Definitely coming back!

One downside was the breakfast being in the basement, which felt a bit off. It would have been better to have it in a more vibrant setting.

staying here meant I could easily walk to the stunning Praia do Tonel in just 10 minutes and enjoy delicious meals at nearby eateries like A Casinha, which was less than a 5-minute stroll from the hotel, making my city adventures so convenient and enjoyable.
